Rising Design Star is a personal branding project that transforms self-doubt into a bold, unapologetic identity. Developed in an Honors Design course, the project explores the tension between aspiration and reality, using design as a tool to “perform” confidence until it becomes truth. Rooted in the idea of becoming before being, the visual system exaggerates confidence through saturated red tones, star symbolism, and loud, expressive typography. The star acts as both a literal and metaphorical device;representing visibility, ambition, and the pressure of being seen.
